Pola Penggunaan Kredit dan Keperluannya di kalangan Keluarga Melayu di Bandar
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the patterns of credit used and its needs among Malay families in Segamat, Johor. Questionnaires were used in data collection. Finding showed that families were using credit in almost all purchases of goods ranging from food to the more expensive items such as cars and houses. Test of chi-square showed that there was no significant difference between age of husband and wife, and level of credit knowledge on credit needs (p < 0.05) on credit.ABSTRAKKajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pola penggunnan kredit dan keperluannya dikalangan keluarga Melayu di bandar Segamat, Johor. Borang soal selidik digunakan di dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa keluarga menggunakan kredit di dalam hampir semua pembelian barangan dari makam hinggalah kepada yang lebih mahal seperti kereta dan rumah. Ujian khi-kuasa dua menunjukkan bahawa tidak terdapat perbezaan yang bererti di antara umur suami dan isteri serta taraf pengetahuan kredit ke atas keperluan kredit (p < 0.05) berbanding dengan taraf pendapatan dan sikap yang menunjukkan perbezaan yang bererti (p < 0.0s) terhadap keperluan kredit.References
