Abstract
A number of program understanding systems have been developed over the past decades. Although the developments of these systems have solved many issues in program understanding, they are not widely used. In most cases, these systems are only being used by their developers. At UKM, we have embarked into developing a program understanding system that is "usable", called CONCEIVER. The design and implementation of CONCEIVER is described in this paper.
