Harry Aveling, Monash University

Harry Aveling is a Professor in the School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics, Monash University. His specializes in Indonesian and Malay Literature, and Translation Studies. He has published widely in translation theory and is the author, with Teri Yamada, of the new entry on Southeast Asian Translation Traditions in the Routledge Encyclopedia of Translation Studies, 2009.
