Pola Pelancongan Famili: Analisis Penulisan Blog Famili (Patterns of Family Vacation: An Analysis of Family Blogging)

Pelancongan famili merupakan satu aktiviti melawat ke sesuatu destinasi bertujuan untuk berhibur, beriadah dalam tempoh kunjungan sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam atau sehari. Di Malaysia, pelancongan famili adalah sebagai salah satu aktiviti dalam sektor pelancongan domestik dan pelancongan antarabangsa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti pola pelancongan famili yang dipaparkan oleh penulis blog dan meneliti apakah penulisan tentang percutian famili itu berupaya dan mengarah kepada promosi aktiviti atau destinasi. Sejumlah 300 subjek kajian diambil terdiri daripada penulis blog famili yang membuat ulasan, penceritaan, perkongsian, komen dan maklumbalas terhadap destinasi pelancongan famili yang dilawati atau dikunjungi sama ada dalam negara atau luar negara. Dapatan kajian mendapati pengguna telah menggunakan blog untuk berkongsi dan memberikan ulasan setiap pengalaman serta tarikan yang terdapat di destinasi percutian mereka lawati disamping mempromosikan pelancongan famili kepada seluruh dunia. Segala aktiviti, keunikan destinasi, kepelbagaian perkhidmatan, keselesaan penginapan dan kemudahan pengangkutan yang dilalui oleh pelancong famili dikongsikan bersama melalui penulisan blog mereka kepada pelayar lain. Hasil kepuasan terhadap kualiti destinasi yang dilawati bersama famili merupakan keseronokan yang mereka alami di samping turut membantu dalam mempromosikan destinasi tersebut. Sebagai kesimpulan, blog mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mempromosikan pelancongan famili dari segi aktiviti mahupun destinasi.

Patterns of Family Vacation: An Analysis of Family Blogging
Abstract
Family tourism is one of the family activities to an intended destination for entertainment and recreation, within a visit at least 24 hours or a day. In Malaysia, family tourism is one of the activities of the domestic and international tourism. This study aimed to identify the patterns of family vacation that have been displayed by family bloggers and examine whether their writings about family vacation lead to the promotion of activity or destination. A total 300 subjects were taken, consisting families of domestic and international tourists who have made comments, storytelling, sharing, comments and feedback on family tourism destination that they have visited locally or abroad. The study reveals that the users utilised the blogs to share their experiences and attractions aiming to promote tourism around the world. All activities, destinations uniqueness, diversity, service, comfortable accommodation and transportation facilities were shared by the family bloggers. Their satisfaction due to the rising of the quality services in each destination provides pleasure to the families. In conclusion, blog has a significant influences in terms of promoting family tourism activity or destination.
