Abstract

The culture of inter-religious dialogue is gaining more attention in Malaysia. Most of the activities are done by non- government organizations such Islamic Information and Services Foundation (IIS). In practicing this mechanism, Islamic Information and Services Foundation (IIS) has its own approach which is based on the level of understanding of dialogue peers. Therefore, the aim of the article is to study an approach done by Islamic Information and Services Foundation (IIS) in enculturing inter-religious dialogue in Malaysia. The study is based on a thematic analysis of interview, video recordings and writer’s observations of inter-religious dialogue activities done by IIS.
