Abstract

This work offers an extensive and detail analysis of the contribution and framework of thought of Ismail Raji al-Faruqi in the traditional knowledge of substantive. It states the enhancement and his historical idea in an unprecedented scale of scholarship consisting of Islamic theology, comparative religion, philosophy, dialectic, art and culture. It discovers his phenomenal contribution and achievement in intellectual tradition and his passion and resolves to reclaim Islamic ideals and the furtherance of high culture; focusing on his important and substantive work in religious foundation and the history of ideas and tradition.
