The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between school environments with student involvement in co-curricular activities in secondary schools in Klang District. This study was a quantitative study using the survey method. The respondents were 291 teachers from 31 secondary schools. This study was carried out using questionnaires that were modified based on the “School-Level Environment Questionnaire” to measure the school environment and the “National Survey of Student Engagement 2011” to measure student involvement in co-curricular activities. These findings showed a significant relationship (r=0.294, p=0.00) between the school environment and student involvement in co-curricular activities. These findings suggested that the environment of the school should be improved and given more attention to help to increase student involvement in co-curricular activities.Downloads
