Kesediaan Sekolah-sekolah Agama Islam di Selatan Thailand dalam Melaksanakan Jaminan Kualiti Pendidikan daripada aspek Proses
Abstract
Artikel ini memaparkan perlaksanaan satu dasar legislatif di negara Thailand yang mewajibkan semua institusi pendidikan, termasuk sekolah agama Islam swasta, meningkatkan kualiti pendidikan dalam pelbagai aspek, khususnya proses pengurusan, perhubungan dan pembelajaran. Proses jaminan kualiti yang diguna pakai bersandarkan model Oakland yang diubahsuai menurut keperluan pendidikan Thailand dan piawaian kualiti antarabangsa (ISO). Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 393 ahli jawatankuasa (AJK) jaminan kualiti di 120 buah sekolah agama Islam swasta. Borang soal selidik kajian telah dibina berasaskan dokumen rasmi jaminan kerajaan. Responden berkenaan telah diminta menaksir dan menilai tahap persediaan sekolah-sekolah dalam aspek piawaian proses pengurusan. Secara amnya, kajian ini mendapati bahawa kesediaan sekolah-sekolah berkenaan berada pada tahap yang sederhana dan memuaskan walaupun menghadapi beberapa masalah dan kekangan.Downloads
