Minat, Motivasi dan Kemahiran Mengajar Guru Pelatih

Abstract

Sikap, minat dan motivasi memainkan peranan penting dalam menentukan tahap pencapaian masing-masing. Justeru, guru dan pelajar harus berusaha untuk memupuk sikap, minat dan motivasi supaya proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran dapat mencapai objektif yang telah disasarkan. Artikel ini membincangkan dimensi sikap, minat dan motivasi guru pelatih mata pelajaran Perdagangan dan pencapaian mereka dalam latihan mengajar. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa guru pelatih yang bersikap positif berminat dalam kerjaya perguruan serta bermotivasi tinggi untuk mencapai kejayaan dalam kerjaya. Mereka juga menunjukkan prestasi yang lebih baik semasa latihan mengajar berbanding mereka yang tidak berminat dan rendah motivasinya.
